CRT Nouvelle-Aquitaine, as data controller, collects and processes your personal data for the following purposes:

All personal data we collect and data collected later is intended for us, as data controller.

Your rights

You can also request that the processing of your personal data be restricted and for it to be made portable, including its transfer to a third party.

Your portability right applies only to the data that concerns you and not to anonymised personal data or data that does not concern you. The right is restricted to processing that is based on consent or a contract and to personal data that you have yourself created.

Where you have consented to our processing of your data, you can withdraw that consent at any time. We will then stop processing your personal data.

To any certified and trusted third party who is required to respect the wishes of the deceased you can give instructions on the keeping, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death, in accordance with the relevant law.

Liability
CRT Nouvelle-Aquitaine accepts no liability for material errors in documents on the Site despite the care taken in their publication.
All information provided on the Site is indicative only and does not release the visitor from his duty to carry out supplementary personal examinations.
